Lightroom v4.4 picture size overlay ?

In lightroom v4.4 is there anything where you can overlay a rectangle such as a print size, say 3x5 4x6 etc?

Basically I'm trying to figure out if I can crop a photo to say 3x5

I've searched around but I'm also not sure what I'm searching for in Lightroom, or if it's even possible in it. Or some other setting to look at.

What you want is the crop tool, shortcut 'R'

On the right hand side, you can choose a preset ratio or enter your own. Then the crop will stay constrained to that ratio while you play with the size and location.

To make it easier to visualize, hit the 'L' key. The first time, it dims the light and the second time it turns them off, thus allowing you to see only the uncropped area of the photo. (hitting L again returns you to 'lights on'.
