I like shrimp tacos but shrimp nachos from Lulu's, Gulf Shores is even better.

A couple of thoughts: I'd like to see the exposure bumped just a hair; maybe 1/3 stop? Composition-wise, I think all the slices should be identical in thickness (don't use the end) and curve to the right vice the left. In the current composition, the slices form a linear element which takes your eye from the lower left corner to the upper left corner, totally missing the complete lime; were the slices to circle around it, I think it might be rather stronger.
