I wondered at first if they were Limpkins, with their multi colors but everything else said Limpkin so I looked them up. It turned out I couldn't find anything on a bird with colors like that so I was left believing it was a Limpkin and maybe I just couldn't find info describing them thoroughly. I was thinking that maybe for some reason some of them have different colors than others so I went with Limpkin. If you find anything, please let me know.
EDIT: I just found a pic among hundreds of others that didn't have the iridescent colors on it's back side. I can't explain why some have it along with the blue around the eyes and others don't but apparently it is a Limpkin. Here's the pic I pulled up.

I pulled this off Wiki: "The limpkin had been suggested to be close to the ibis and spoonbill family Threskiornithidae, based upon shared bird lice."
