Oh god I love the first one and the use of shadows, the way the texture of the pavement stands out, wet, how the circles are greatly lined up on th left, controlling the perspective as they come closer. Great work. *thumbs up*
As for the second one, It would have more impact if the horizontal mast was parallel to its shadow.
