Lines in the Sand

Swift winds made streaks of sand over the beach. The linear clouds in the sky nicely echoed the blowing sand.

I don't know. This one isn't working fo me like most of your work. While I do see the "lines in the sand", I don't see much more. Just one mans opinion and you get a free bump

Good eyes, it was rare opportunity with clouds forming like that. I like your skill. I like this picture, but... like Rick, with some reservations. IMO what lacking here is a strong atmosphere, more drama to make the picture more engaging. Maybe playing with contrast and burning in sky and the flat sandy beach would be worth a shot.

I personally love the echo in the clouds to the ground. I have never thought to look for that in a picture, so thank you for broadening my horizons!
