Little Egret - coming in hot

I sort of spotted this bird a few 100 yards away - so I slowly sat in the reeds and low and behold he came my way, obviously did not see me & I was rewarded with once chance to get a shot as he cleared the reeds to land

Here he is Sony a7Riv + Sony 200-600mm FE
