Little girl in dress-up

She was clearly dressed up for something but no-one spoke any English and there were no useful phrases in my phrasebook.

Oh duh! I just looked at your other thread first and had taken notice of her clothing in that one. I didn't realize she would have her own spot here. LOL But she deserves it look how cute she is.
I like this cause she is so different form all of the things around her. Very neat. :thumbup:

I'd definitely like to see more of the background, she does seem to be the opposite of what's behind her. Here's a chaotic, dusty street with people in simple clothing, then a girl in a perfect white dress.
