Local wildlife responds to recent hunting incident in Zimbabwe

It's a poor photo and your joke is utterly tasteless.

Don't watch much late-night TV, huh?
(Actually, neither do I, but I can guarantee that this is MILD compared to the jokes folks like Jimmy Fallon and Kimmel and the like are telling).

The photo IS a little bit on the "soft" focus side...but it makes up for that in awesomeness, and your commentary is what really makes this. And it IS hilarious.

We're humans. We laugh in the face of tragedy. We make jokes about things that shock and repel us.
The only time I remember that NOT happening was after 9/11. MOST of the time, finding a bit of humor is very healing.

Thanks SM4Him - Yup, I use humor as a coping mechanism at times. I figured out a while ago that if I walked around being mad at all the stupid stuff other people do in life that I just ended up being mad all the time. Not really the way I wanted to live.

As for the photo, yup, it's a bit on the soft side. It was actually shot from a moving vehicle, I barely had time to mount the 70-200 mm and ended up leaning a lot further out the window than I probably should have to get it framed.. lol. Sadly I didn't have the presence of mind to flip on the OS2 but if I had I would have missed the shot completely

But the subject matter was so unusual that I still thought of it as a keeper. Just not something I see every day.
