I was about to finally order a Holga but noticed the view finder is a little off ( to the left of the lens)?

How many Holga heads are out there? Any issues with composition using your Holga?

The parallax error is the same on both cameras, it's just at a different angle. People have been using range finders for hundreds of years with no problem with composition. It's just something to get used to. I doubt you'd be doing any close up photography with a holga anyway
