Lomography Diana F+ lens help!

I've just accidentally put my Diana F+ lens on wrong. For those of you who are experienced with them, you know about the whole white dot thing.. well the white dot on my lens is no where near the ones on the camera. It went on fine, but now won't come off.
Please help someone!!
