Outside the Tin Pan Theater, in an alleyway downtown Bend Oregon

Used the Konica 40/1.8 and did a quick b&w edit because I felt it was more dramatic that way

Idea and composition work well, perhaps even more dinginess in the PPing would add to it.

But the fact that almost half the image of the important things is OOF hurts a lot.

It is a decent shot. Maybe a bit tight on the top. You are using the chairs to lead the eye to the sign, so a tad more space around it would help keep the eye in the frame a little longer. Even better, a compositional strategy to redirect the eye back into the image after it sees the sign.

I think it is has it's own charm the way it is, though. And the dramatic processing works.

The "tightness" at the sign is because there was some guys backside there so I cropped him out.
I might try messing with this image again, re-crop it and add some "grit" to match the alleyway
