long highway exposure

OK so I want to do some long exposures or multiple exposures adding up to about 30sec to a minute with my Argus any advice on film speed and aperture? I'm not realty sure of the subject matter yet.

This will get you in the ballpark: Ultimate Exposure Computer. Check out the Exposure Value Chart then work out the details. Don't forget about reciprocity failure.

The only issue with that is it dose not have the f-stop 3.5 actually I have not seen an exposure table that has 3.5 listed

3.5 is less than 1/2 stop faster than 4 and I doubt your shutter is absolutely accurate anyway, so it's close enough. Also the Cintar on your C3 will sharpen up quite a bit when you stop down a bit.
