Looking for a little C&C

Im still learning photoshop so I'm posting to see what you guys think. I'd like to hear some feedback with suggestions on what I can do to improve my skills in photoshop. The first photo is the original and the second is what i post processed.

It still looks too dark for my taste; it's all on the left side of the histogram. I'd brighten it a little more.

My honest opinion? Improve your original.
It is extremely underexposed.

The better your original, the better your post processed result.

Still way too dark. Your histogram doesn't even really reach 128.
