looking for critiques

The car crashed but these guys are looking to their right, away from the car. What are they looking at? The only thing that adds a little bit of character to the image is the guy in the centre.

Its kind of snapshot-ish. There isnt really any main subject that i can grasp.

Compositionally there are some problems. I like the primary subject's body language, but the white sign on the building in the background starts right below his nose. It looks like he's kissing it.

Also, the image is a little too tight - I want to crane my neck over the shoulder on the left. That isn't bad, per se: it's a good sign that I want to get that involved in the shot, but it could be used to a better effect than in this particular shot. If they were a little wider, and there was more information in the background about what I'm missing, I might be inclined to say it works. But not this time.

thanks for the critiques they were really helpful and yeah i never thought of it before but it does look like he's kissing the sign. i'm just starting out so the advice really helps

i would at lest crop out the left side to remove the black elbow..
