Well, I'll be brutally honest.

There's no clear subject, and the viewer's eye will search for one in vain. It's a snapshot..... such as "Here's the view from my hotel room balcony."

no EXIF to see how your exposed the image either.

front row of trees takes away from the depth of the image
kinda not in focus of the entire thing too .. need to see EXIF and a detailed description (think of detailing how you took the picture to someone who was not there to see you do it).

was your objective to get sun rays? sunrise / sunset ?

Artistic expression is subjective from the viewer's perspective, so you will receive a mix of reactions. With no obvious point of interest, this shot is rather uninteresting. Additionally, the odd exposure (parts underexposed) does not help. The balance is rather static as well. Landscape is one of the most difficult genres in which to excel.
