Looking for general critique?

So I guess you could consider me a beginner. I'm looking to expand my knowledge and talent and was wondering if any of you could provide some feedback on what works and what doesn't work with a few of my photos.

With reflections like the second shot, a photo has more drama and tension if the water line is across the upper or lower 3rd of the image rather than across the middle.

The last one can use a bit more contrast. With some cropped off the top it will have better balance and a more panoramic feel. The two boats are now sitting on the lower rule of thirds horizontal line.

A nice frame and a double mat will help aid presentation.

I like the 3rd one. The fog gives it a really nice feel. However it looks a bit crooked to me.

The middle one has a slight blur color cast.
Using Photoshop CC 2014's Camera Raw (ACR) I made the following global Basic Panel adjustments:
Temperature +13, Clarity +30, Vibrance +10. (The Temperature adjustment addressed the slight blue color cast.)

I then used the Graduated Filter tool on just the sky and using these settings:
Exposure -10, Contrast +35, Clarity +20, Saturation +20, Sharpness +50, Noise Reduction+75.

I used Photoshop CC 2014 to crop some off the top of the photo and to create the double mat and frame.

The third one is very well done in my eyes. The other ones feel a tad bit oversaturated. I do agree the third one seems a bit off contrast and a bit off centered aswell. Although I do think the composition is good.
