Looking for inexpensive light stand for 46" Photek Softliter....

I'm going to be purchasing the 46" Photek Softliter from B&H, and I'm going to need a stand for it. Should I go with the $20 Impact light stand from B&H, or might there be a cheaper alternative?

I think that 20 bucks is a pretty darn good price for a stand. Anything other than that would be a piece of crap IMO.
