Looking for websites with good advice

I'm looking for websites that train you on different exposure methods, lighting techniques, etc. Any ideas?

I'd like to go to the library, in fact I did.. but in my town of <10,000 the library's selection is minimal.

What are you looking for specifically. There's nothing that covers them all. But if you for instance say you want to know what to do with a single camera flash like the SB-600 or 560EX then I'd point you to strobist.blogspot.com. If you were after studio lighting tips I'd point you somewhere else.
