I like the subject and composition, but I think it would have been better to put focus on the baby's head.

I like it, too, but agree that the focus should be on the baby's head...better with full focus on both hand and head.

Next time he's trying to escape...errr I mean playing at the door I'll take some more and try and get more in focus.

This is adorable! I actually kind of like the way you have the photo focused more on the hand.
