Looking through a drawer of "old stuff"

When we built our house I decided to create a room in the basement reflective of a pioneer kitchen. Folk would give us old stuff to go in our "old room" Yesterday I opened a drawer in a period cupboard I built many years ago & decided it was worth a photo op.

I was able to ID some of it.
