I think if her eyes were showing we would be able to connect way more to whatever emotion you're trying to portray in the image. But I do like the lighting and mood.

The title. Using any definition of "lost" that I know, I simply don't understand how your title relates to the picture. What am I missing here?

Yes! It's a nice enough image, but the point and title don't really make sense to me.
