Totally agree that the third is the real winner here.
Timeless and interesting and lots to look at.
The slight dullness of the mid-tones adds to the timelessness of the image.
I do think that there is a bit extra at the top and that cropping it would tighten up the composition a bit.

Considering there are very, very few practicing Jews in Krakow, is that boy a tourist?
