Good idea. D40 is the worst camera in the world.

What was the point of such a ridiculous comment? How on earth is the D40 the worst camera in the world? Go look at my Flickr and tell me my photos suck and are the worst in the world because they were taken with the worst camera in the world.

I'm in no way saying my photos are the best ever but definately not the worst either.

The d3000 offers nothing you mentioned wanting in a camera body other than a cheap price tag. A Canon 40d would have been more fitting, because of the fps and better high iso capabilities.
