I do not know much about the Sony Lens. But you should be able to find some here.

i.e.

50mm f/1.4 or f/1.7
85mm f/1.4 or
35mm f/1.4

Get a 'nifty fifty'. It doesn't matter what brand you shoot, or if you shoot film or digital. Everyone with an SLR should own a 50mm prime as part of their basic gear. It's ultra cheap and at f1.4 or f1.8, it's twice as bright as any fancy, expensive 2.8 zoom.
