Been using mine since August, have the update. Never had a crash. Good luck hon.
Have you had any more crashes since then?I'm trying the LR3 trial - day 4 of 30.
After the crash, Windows spit out a dialogue box wanting to phone home about the error and then indicated it would run the application in compatibility mode going forward.

Sorry it's not working, but seriously...have you updated LR3? The first release was a bit buggy for some people, but 3.2 (iirc) fixed a lot of problems some were having.
My computer seriously needs some updates...lolMine works well and has never crashed, I run a dual 2.9 Ghz, with 8 gb of ram on Win7 64 bit.
Make sure that you have all of the latest windows updates as well as all the latest adobe updates. Ive been using LR3 since launch with out any stability issues.
What are your PC specs? I havent herd of problems with a 64bit CPU, Im using a 32 bit one.
4G of RAM might not prevent your problem from recurring, but I wouldn't run less than that on today's desktops. My LR3.2 has never had a problem- even on my Dell XPS laptop. Get the 3.2 update, for sure...
It hasnt crashed again since i reinstalled it..(yet.. knock on wood) lol... >_<It could be your graphics card. I know some software has problems with ATI cards ( like OnOne Phototools for instance ). Maybe LR3 is having this issue also. Call tech support or go to adobe.com for help.....that is, if its a legit copy.![]()
