Macro closeups

I have just bought my first SLR camera Sony A380,with that i also got 18-55mm lens /75-300mm lens which are great. In addition to that i purchased a set of Macro close up lenses +1,+2,+4,+10 unfortunatly i am unable to attach them to my 55mm lens (as the thred on the macro is on the inerside of the lens and so is the thred on the 55mm lens).
Can anyone enlighten me on what to do ie Is there an addaptor that i can buy.

Close up filters should have a male thread on one side and female on the other so you can stack them.

Assuming you're talking about Sony's 70-300 5.6 you're going to want this step-down ring to make the filter work on your tele.
