Macro Lens choices

Morning, afternoon, good evening all,

Has any one got any experience with the following lenses.

Tamron SP 180mm f/3.5 Di Macro LD-IF Autofocus Telephoto Lens
Sigma 150mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM APO AF Telephoto Macro Lens

I have been trying to decide for the last month which of these I should buy, I currently have the Sigma 50mm 2.8 macro but need some more distance for bugs and other such creepy crawlies. The Tamron I admit the price is slowly starting to sway me but I have never used a Tamron lens, it seems to get a lot of good reviews. I do like Sigma Lenses tho, the build quality is excellent in my view and as Ill be on manual focus all the time the slow AF is of no concern to me.
I just cant decide. . .

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I've had no experience with either of them, sorry! I use a Tokina 100mm f/2.8, which I absolutely love.
I guess if I were choosing, I'd probably go with the Sigma, just because I've had better experiences with the Sigma lenses I've bought than with the ONE Tamron lens I ever used.
