Macro lens for a Sony A300?

Which MACRO lenses, besides Sony/Minolta, can mount on my A300?

There are many third party lens makers that have Minolta AF/Sony mounts.

I use a Sigma AF 50mm f/2.8 macro.

If you can afford it ... get a macro at least 100mm ... so you do not have to get so close to the subject.

ie. Sigma:

105mm F2.8 EX DG
150mm F2.8 EX DG
180mm F3.5 EX DG

The Sigma 18mm to 50mm (28mm to 75mm in 35mm terms) 2.8 macro is a good all around lens that can handle macro, portraits, and wide angle shooting.
