Macro Photography on a Point and Shoot?

Hey everyone I do macro photography on a Nikon d60, but it isn't available at the moment. I have a Nikon S8100 digital camera, and I was wondering whether there was a way to make it more macro-able. Anyone know of any macro filters for digital cameras? Any accessory that would help is greatly appreciated.

Fixed lens? I think the lens has a huge part in this. I have a Nikon L120 that takes decent macro shots for a point & shoot.

On P 36 of the S8100 manual you can read how to switch to macro mode.

I think you are kind of out of luck till the d60 gets back. I'm not aware of any accessory lenses that will attach to that camera. If there were Nikon would probably have one available.
