These were extremely small flowers that I took with the macro lens. I like the second of the two better. What about you? #1 #2
The second one has nicer colours in the background that help to make it for me, with the crop. Very sweet and delicate flowers. tim
Hmm... I clearly prefer the first over the second with its cleverly "arranged" DOF from sharp flower on the left and disappearing sharpness in a circle from left to right. Plus I am not happy about the bit of other flower getting into the frame on the right of the second photo. And I don't like the crop that much, either. The first leaves this group of four flowers intact. I like that aspect!!!
Hai Arkansas, Welcome to the forum. I too have an A100 camera. And I want to buy some decent lens for the kit. As you were using an 105mm macro, can you tell me the manufacturer of the lens is and for how much you bought it for? By the way I like your #1 very much. Fine depth is observed. Ravi.
