I planning to print a magazine and I asked kinkos and for B&W at 50 pages and 100 copies it is almost 600 dollars and in color it would be almost 3,000 bucks with those same pages and copies. I was thinking if printing at home would be cheaper but I searched around for pinters and I didnt get much information, I have a cannon ip6700d right now but I dont think that would be a good enough quility for a magazine and I looked at ink aswell but all they gave me was cost and nothing really that I needed. It would be wonderful if you guys could send me some things or give me some information on printers and ink and possably paper aswell.

I think you'd save money and be happy with a soft cover book from MPix.com

The price of inkjet ink and paper makes it almost not worth printing at home. There are actually tons of websites that print these kinds of books, but I've used MPix and Apple and have been happy with both.

I believe that is a B&W laser printer. I'm not sure if they can print on glossy paper, and also you'll need to make sure it has extra memory installed to handle large images. Unlike inkjets, laser printers need enough internal memory to render the whole page before printing.
