altyfc. Thanks for the compliment. I know a person that bristles at b&w. He always quips "Hey folks, the have invented this new thing...it's called color, use it." Consequently, I don't show him much of my b&w stuff.

i think my grandma actually said it best... i showed her my photography site (in my signiture) and she loved the b/w pics the best. She said it is harder to make an image wiht only 2 main colors interesting rather than a full color image. I definately agree with that, so that's one reason i've been doing (or trying to do) more b/w pictures lately.
