Mama-miya! C330!

I just received my C330 with 80mm 2.8 in the mail this afternoon. I shot my roll of film, developed, and I fainted when I saw the beautiful big negative. I'd probably go into shock if I got into 4x5

This is my first dive into medium format and I bought it for myself for graduation. Everyone gives me money so I need to facilitate presents myself. Who else here is using this camera, if anyone? I'm sure there are some other medium format shooters out there!

And I know you're there, so give me some good general tips about the format. I doubt there is any need for exposure compensation due to size, I typically overexpose a stop anyway and the negatives seemed plenty exposed. I'm excitedddd...This sure beats that C-7070 my father was going to buy me!

Beautiful camera. I love TLRs, although I'm using a Rolleiflex. I keep my eye out for a good deal on a Mamiya though.

i have the c330... i've had it for years and i love it. i don't use it much since i got the 645, the c330 is so unwieldy, it's really only practical for studio work. there's no such thing as spontaneity when it comes to a camera that heavy.

i do love twin lenses though. it's a whole different experience.
