Manual Gives Me So Much More Control!

I used to "auto toast" but I've advanced to fully manual toasting. I find it allows me more control when dealing with different types of bread.

(Had breakfast this morning in the Country Diner, in Culver City California. I remember we had a toaster like
that when I was riding my tricycle around the kitchen but ours didn't have flashy red handles.
