Pretty fierce wind today. I don't think sailboats belong in these spots. They were torn from their moorage buoys.

That looks like a nice little chop but only looks to be a 30 to 40 mph wind. Weak and old lines or there just not rated for boats that size. Lucky they did not bounce around the other boats.
