One of the best ways to build your business clientele is to keep a relationship with all of your clients... after all, they can be an invaluable source for referrals and repeat bookings.

That being said, how many times per year do you contact your former clients? And what methods have you had the most success with (phone call, e-mail, snail mail)?
 
Hi, do you keep a birthday calander? You can have your own postcards printed with a generic Happy Birthday and write a personal note to each of them. Just a thought. mike
