I like the color version better. The B+W seems a bit flat to me. I don't like the hair across the mouth. But your focus looks good and the lighting looks good except I might try raising it a bit.

I too preferred the color version. She's a very lovely woman, and photographs well.

Hair across mouth = mustache... Not flattering for such a beautiful girl.
