Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
I have been kinda hell bent on getting the perfect shot of a match burning in a dark room. so far it has not happened, i cant get the focus and exposure just right. maybe the shutter speed also.. here is what i have as of now. These were taken with the following settins on a sony cyber shot. ISO-200, 0.7EV, and to focus on a center point. What do i need to do for a better shot? These images are raw and un-edited, if any of you are good with photoshop please feel free to play with the images. Consider it a challange

any ideas on camera settings or photoshop?

I would suggest backing up a bit so you get the whole flame in frame, then you can crop the image after, I would crop the clamp out. I don't know what you are shooting with but if you can, shoot in RAW then play around with vibrance and saturation.

Edit: I reread your post and saw what you shot with, I adjusted the saturation and vibrance plus upped the contrast in photoshop and then the crop. Might be over saturated but that depends on what your desired effect is.

I like this idea and might have to try it.

Thanks, i will try to shoot in RAW. im pretty sure this camera can

how about change the iso to 100 becuase that flame is pretty bright

would that reduce the white spot in the center of the flame?
