Maternity Photos, please C&C

Took some shots of my wife. I have just started getting into portrait and I'm finding it a lot harder then I thought. I think I need a lot of help on lighting. Any comments and critiques are greatly appreciated. I used 3 continuous lights, two at about head level at 45 degrees bounced off white umbrellas, and 1 with no umbrella at knee level (it doesn't go higher then that!). I have an SB-600 but it was not used for this series. I have a Nikon D90.

to me personally all of them are too dark and I would say that you need to work on composition. Also I do not know if you purposely do not retouch, but may be some retouching would be better on these shoots.
