Matter of choice

I've sold my 2 Leica cameras; M3 and a Deluxe 7. On another forum there has been a (minor) influx of mail questioning my sanity! Sometime ago
I bought a Fuji X100T and loved it. The camera was stolen at an airport, bag and all. Heartbroken. I was lucky enough to find a black X100VI, bought it
and in my humble opinion it is the better rig, all things considered, in particular price. The more I shoot with it, the more my respect for it grows.

Nikons since my first in 1965. Now general subject matter, anything I care to. And a Koni Omega Rapid for weddings. I enjoy Street photography quite a bit.

Yup. Ended a long-term affair with Nikon 7 yrs ago with a D7200 purchase and the 35/40 micro/50/85g prime set. Fuji MILCs were an obvious game-changer. A good friend popped for the first X-Pro and loved it. Me? X-100T which still tops my RAW box-score in file storage. Got deals on X-T1 bodies and began snagging Fujinon primes. Some among the old Nikkor trove still rock via adapter on the Fujis. Still shoot Mamiya 645 and RB67and a Bronica SQ-B. Happy and comfy with all this hardware.
And no, Pentax had nothing for me. But I did buy a Ricoh GR II...

Interesting, since I shoot mostly wildlife and landscape in wilderness settings, I wonder it hat has anything to do with our different tastes.

Still shoot Mamiya 645

I sold mine in the 90s. I still have some of my favourtie images taken with it. Bought it when i had extra money, sold it when i needed moeny. It didn’t cost me much to use it for year or two.
