Gack! WHITE BALANCE!!! She's martian-green in the first and bad spray-on tan orange in the second. Also, watch your use of leading lines; while they're a great compositional tool, the yellow stripe in the road is guiding the eye to somewhere other than the subject's face which may not be ideal.
