wasnt overly happy with the pictures from today but figured Id share the two I liked out of the set and see what you all think

#1- I would have cropped more to the left. The bushes one the horizon to the right bother me.

#2- The crop is a bit tight. A frame would cover part of your model.

In both samples, her hair is in quite a mess. Does not look pleasing at all.

As for the settings and the B/W… beautiful.

These would have looked much better in color. Afterall you take bluebonnet photos to show off the bluebonnets. and this has nothing to do with the picture but did she seriously yank those blue bonnets out? I'm all for taking great pictures but have respect for our state flower.

Thanks for the critique on the photosShe was quite a mess and I couldn't believe she showed up the way she did. I told her to do something with her hair and she just kinda brushed her hands through it. She had one hell of a mustache, used her finger to apply makeup, hasn't plucked her eye brows in forever and her legs were like spider legs but luckily it was blonde hair. Had to do some serious zit removal too. And yes she pulled them up. I asked her to mind her step to try and not trample any more of the flowers and follow step where someone else has. But she was not mindful of them and while I was switching to my medium format film camera she pulled those up and figure we might as well use them since they are pulled out. Had to have the same talk with my girlfriend when we did pictures. Granted she's from Florida and didn't know any better.
