Memory cards

Hey everyone, sorry to be annoying again.. I'm basically looking for a compact flash memory card and an sd memory card.

According to what I understand, the nikon d300s only takes sandisk or lexar for compact flash memories and sandisk/toshiba/panasonic/lexar for sd memories, if this is correct, does anyone have any recommendation or are they all basically the same? There's just millions of them for sale and there seems to be no difference quite frankly, so any help would be appreciated.

Those listed are the recommended brand cards.

Really any SD card will work... Personally, I would stick to the trusted brands- even more so that prices have fallen so far. There is a difference, not so much in image quality, but overall reliability.
