If possible I'd have moved slightly to the right to get a composition so the sculpture completely covered the houses in the bg.

I stopped by the sculptor again today but this time I had a 50mm f/1.4 set to f/2.8 iso 64 1/8000



I kinda like them both.

That looks better, the 2.8 and fast s.s. made a significant difference.

The separation is certainly way better at the faster aperture. Good stuff.

I often debate with myself about the merits of photographs of other peoples art. It’s a strange topic. I have various photos of art installations, but every time I see them I shy away ... dunno marine that’s just me
