Samsung A51 mid level phone, interesting concepts.

45 megapixel camera, a "macro camera".

IS tis better then getting a dedicated macro lens that costs twice as much, that you wont be using non stop like you could the camera phone

Imo, no.

for me a quality lens that would work with me TTL and give me good optical quality is going to cost about 800$ US while the phone i referenced would cost me 300$ at the moment, and would be 20 megapixels MORE then DSLR has.

I don't view my photography equipment purely in terms of money. I have probably 10-15k UK Pounds worth of kit and a £150 fone. Serves my purposes.
