Migratory birds at Chilika lake

Large number of migratory birds make this place their home during winter season. I took these snaps during midday when I visited the lake this week.

Nice set. You definitely have a wide variety of birds to shoot at in what appears to be more of a coastal lagoon than a lake but none the less,#4 is my favorite pic. Nice shooting.

Thanks. This place gets a lot of migratory birds during winter. There will be about 220 different species between October to January with approximately 300000 bird count all across the lake.
