Naw. You're not a moderator bro, and this is ANOTHER instance of you jumping the gun on someone and being COMPLETELY wrong about their intentions. If you have a problem with a post, click the little exclamation point and let the mods/admins handle it. It's not your job to determine the intentions of forum posters. Blatant spamming is one thing, but your criteria for determining that this person was spamming was pretty ignorant and xenophobic ("A language I don't understand! SPAM!").

But hey, if thats the forum persona you want to cultivate, go nuts bro. You're doing a heck of a job. I'm sure your students would be proud.
