Not so much a fine line, it's just that the line has so much frost on it that you can't see it anymore.

I was having my morning coffee @ the computer in the dining-room when I noticed an orange glow crossing the living-room from the balcony door. I went for a looksee & the sun was just breaking free of the horizon - rush for the camera & it had a long lens on, switch out to a 14mm & rush out onto the snow covered balcony in my slippers. Already the sun was well up as you see it in the shot, man that happens fast.
