I like the concept (as I see it), but the blown background and 'see though' dress seem to detract from it IMO.

Looks out of focus. Either that or your shutter speed was to slow and it blurred her while moving. I don't know if that's the shot you were going for but I feel it would have been better if she was actually focused. As already stated, the blown background is a little distracting. Keep shooting!
