MN fall - which image?

Went up to my parent's cabin on Lake Vermillion, MN during the peak weekend.
Which image do you prefer?

I kind of like the second one more, although the trees and leaves look better on the top shot of the dock and the chair.

#2 is my choice.

#1 would look better with more sky & less grass in the foreground.

Thanks for the comments. I didn't add any vignette, but I'll play around with it and see what it looks like.
The dark blue sky in the corner is from my polarizing filter I think?
